Eldorana Pust, RN, BSN, MBA-HCM

With over 15 years of nursing experience, Eldorana Pust brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and operational insight to her role as Founder and Lead Consultant of Caribbean Nursing Consultants Inc. Her career spans diverse healthcare environments, where she has consistently demonstrated excellence in patient care, staff development, and healthcare management.

 

Eldorana began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department in the US Virgin Islands, honing her expertise in acute care, triage, and rapid decision-making in high- pressure settings. Simultaneously she worked as a nurse at the Correctional Facility on St Croix, where she developed resilience, adaptability, and strong assessment skills providing care in challenging and resource-limited environments.

 

Her leadership journey advanced with her role as an Emergency Department Manager at the University of Miami Hospital for five years. She was responsible for supervising multidisciplinary teams, optimizing clinical workflows, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Under her leadership, her department achieved measurable improvements in efficiency and patient satisfaction.

 

In addition to her civilian career, Eldorana has proudly served eight years in the US Military National Guard, where she further strengthened her leadership, crisis management, and organizational skills. This military experience complements her healthcare background, providing her with a unique perspective on discipline, teamwork, and resilience in both clinical and consulting roles.

 

Today, through Caribbean Nursing Consultants Inc., Eldorana combines her diverse experiences to provide consulting services that empower healthcare organizations across the Caribbean. She specializes in emergency care consulting, clinical operations, staff training, protocol development, risk management and transformative healthcare leadership. Her mission is to raise the standard of healthcare delivery in the region by offering practical, evidence-based solutions tailored to the Caribbean context.
